1. General Information & Eligibility

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 7p77p platform and all services under it. By using the website, creating an account, or playing any game, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

You are at least 21 years old and online gaming is legally permitted in Bangladesh or the country where you are located.
You are using this platform of your own free will and with full awareness.

2. Account Registration & Management

To open an account at 7p77p, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

A copy of a national ID card or passport may be requested for identity verification.
No financial transactions may be made until registration is complete.

2.2 Password & Security

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your login details with anyone.

Use a strong password made up of a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.
If you suspect any unauthorised login, notify our support team immediately.
7p77p will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access.

2.3 Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time through the support team. Any outstanding balance should be withdrawn before closing the account.

In cases of fraud or policy violations, 7p77p may close an account immediately.
A self-exclusion option is also available under the responsible gaming policy.

2.4 Age Verification

7p77p is a 21+ platform. Age verification documents may be requested at any stage of registration. If the documents are not satisfactory, the account will be suspended or permanently closed.

Opening an account by anyone under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be requested.
Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit, unless otherwise approved.
Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirement for a bonus has not been met.
Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if fraud is suspected.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

7p77p offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

          Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳12,000 or more, the bonus is capped at ৳10,000 and the total balance will be ৳22,000.
        

Wagering requirement: bonus amount × 10. That means if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place ৳20,000 in bets before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.
7p77p reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.

4.2 VIP Program

7p77p has four VIP tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit.

Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can move up to a higher tier based on your play progress. Cashback is automatically credited to your account every week.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

Each bonus offer may have its own terms — read them carefully before accepting an offer.
Bonus funds cannot be converted to a cash balance until the wagering requirement is met.
7p77p reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
If multiple accounts or bonus misuse are proven, all bonuses and associated winnings will be voided.

5. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

5.1 Game Operations

All games available on 7p77p are operated through approved software providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Ezugi. The outcome of all games is determined fairly through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

In the event of a bug or technical disruption in the gaming software, the relevant bet may be voided.

5.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, 7p77p's server logs will be considered conclusive evidence.
If unreasonable or unfounded disputes are raised repeatedly, the right to review the account is reserved.
